The mission of Women Empowerment Unit is destination for the backward women. IIMC Shop Unit a division of Women Empowerment Unit has shown a great example. The unit has performed appreciable job in this year. One Xerox machine has been installed in the Unit at the beginning of the year. Local people are enjoying highly benefit for this. Their responses are appreciable. Till now the Unit has earned Rs. 28000 by that machine. The sales volume has also increased. The participation of local people is increasing. The unit net profit during this year is near about Rs.55,000. There was only one change in the volunteer level.  One lady is working in this unit. She was also backward, a neglected woman. But now she has come out from her frustration. Because as like every volunteer of IIMC we are not providing her money as per her need, but we have provide good environment, good work, freedom of thinking for her. As per her own word, here she has got a new life. This is a big achievement of IIMC.
