School Bag & winter clothes Production unit


The Bag production unit is working as well. As lack of experience worker the unit is unable to supply the materials to the market. But still three worker are busy to make the Bag for IIMC's sponsored students Bag and other materials round the year. In the same time the woolen machine is producing the winter clothes for the sponsored students.

Micro Credit and Micro Savings Programme ( Mothers Programme )


Micro Credit and Micro Saving Program is an effective component to change the economic and social life of disadvantaged and under-privileged women. The women very spontaneously responded the program.

From the month of May the unit has announced a prize amongst the beneficiaries who are deposited the highest money of according to 1st, 2nd and 3rd position. It seems the women are very eager to deposit more money as a mode of competitive way.

Day by day the No. of depositors are increasing. At present the No. is 683. This year the total number of beneficiaries are join with the programme are 112. The total amount of money has been deposited for far Rupees 3,88,462.  Loan of Rs.  3,92,500 has been distributed among 148 beneficiaries and loan refund from beneficiary is around Rs. 1,80,194. Savings related awareness program is continuing regularly.

General Report
Program is running smoothly. It is operating as per Bangladesh Gramin Bank Model. Five Volunteers are working now. Out of them one is Branch  Manager and others are Community Organizer. At present program is operating in the villages of Hogolkuria. On the basis of availability of fund this will be spreaded among other areas.
